Taking a walk through downtown streets may not add to your stress, but it's not as beneficial as getting out into nature, according to a new study. The research got Laura Mandell thinking about self-care and the ways in which workplaces and society as a whole are increasingly acknowledging and facilitating it in well-being and mental health.
