Mindfulness and Meditation Classes

Individual classes are an opportunity to explore different styles of meditation and develop a practice at a pace that works for you. This can mean working around your unique schedule to identify times that are best for you; trying different types of meditation over the course of one-on-one sessions to see what resonates ; making sure you have the ability to ask questions and share insights in real time. Whether in-person or virtually, one-on-one classes are tailored to you and your needs.

Maybe it’s a guided visualization or a virtual walking meditation. Perhaps you’re working to hone your mindfulness practice. Whatever it is, this time is yours.
